On ChatGPT, the extension adds a ContinueVault menu item to your sidebar. Click it to open a session with your vault connected — your AI can search your entire history, find what’s relevant, and pick up where you left off.
On Claude, connect ContinueVault from the MCP tools menu (one-time setup). After that, your vault is available in every conversation.
Either way, start a new chat and say “continue where we left off.” Your AI already knows what you were working on.
